Extra coins is a free classified site for coins and is a great resource to find those special coins for sale, that you might be missing. As a coin collector, I'm sure that you have several extra coins that just aren't good enough to go in your good coin collection. Well now, you have an easy, free way to sell off those extra coins.
Our service will let you sell your coins without paying high ebay and paypal fee's. If on the other hand you have a PayPal account, and choose to offer it as an option for payment, we will link your coin listing to your paypal account for you. You also won't have to worry about unhappy ebay buyers black mailing you and demanding better coins or they will leave you poor feedback.
NEW "My Collection"
I am adding a new feature that will help you keep track of your entire US collection. It's still in a beta Version, but it can be used for free, for now, and all data entered will be saved. You can start by registering, afterwards you will see a link on the left for "My Collection"
The system will also allow those of you with Apple iPhone or any web enabled phone with a browser, to take your coin collection and prices with you. Not only that but the coin values are configurable by %, We all know how difficult someone with a red book can be. You have the ability to set your buy prices on all us coins. Plus you will be able to manage your collection from anywhere. I built this app for me so that while I was at a coin show, I could see what I already had in my collection and also while I was dealing with clients I could show them my buy prices, if they asked.
I have included a complete coin U.S coin data base, coin grades, and current values, that enables quick "Smokin' Fast" coin entry and price look-up. Two hours and I added my entire collection using the Quick Add. The system also shows me the coins I need to complete the type collection.(more than I would like, in some cases.)
I will be expanding the data base to include Canadian coins as well, and possibly in the future I may look into adding currency.
The service will be a paid for service, but will be less than $5.00 a month, currently I'm thinking around $2.99.
